Ul'dah is his main stomping grounds, but I'll gladly place him in any nearby town to set-up a scene involving his work.For less immediate connections, Folin has past ties to Ala Mhigo, the Silver Bazaar, the Coliseum, La Noscean shipyards, and various bandit camps around Thanalan.
